Mountain View Not Ready For Season Opener
The Mountain View Squires did not get the win they were hoping for in their inaugural football game. The bus ride to Belfair, Washington, to play the Hawkins Middle School Huskies resulted in a 38-to-0 loss. “I think we came out kind of slow,” said Mountain View Head Football Coach Rick Hayden. “We need to get ready to play quicker.” (more>>)

Mountain View Squires, a New Chapter of
Bremerton Football
Today, a new chapter of Bremerton Football begins. The Mountain View Squires travel to Belfair, Wash., to play their very first game. With the closer of Bremerton Jr. High, formerly East High, at the end of last school year, 9th grade or freshman football moved back acro ss the waters of Washington Narrows to be part of the high school program and 8th grade football moved up the hill to Mountain View Middle School.
