Bremerton Football is the oldest and most storied football program in Kitsap County and Washington State. Like any program, it has experienced its highs (undefeated season - 1947, 1949, 1968) and its lows. But no football program in the county has won more games, more league championships, and state title (1908, 1911, 1935, 1936, 1947, 1949 & 1961). A host of players have gone onto to play college and professional football because when they put on a Bremerton football uniform, they dedicated the time and effort to be successful in the classroom, in the community, and on the football field. Within these pages is that story, of players playing now, of coaches who were once players, and of players and coaches whose exploits are only memories. The success of Bremerton Football is not found in one team. It is a community affair, that starts at a very young age in Pee Wee football, transitions into Jr. High/Middle School, and culminates at Bremerton High. As such, this site gives equal billing to all aspects of Bremerton Football and those that make and have made it a success. Go Bremerton Football! |
